Tishman Speyer Properties is forging ahead with plans to develop 2.1 million square feet of new space in Bala Cynwyd that would transform that section of Lower Merion over the 25 to 30 years.

Germantown Academy recently completed the renovation and expansion of the Sister Fields Complex at GA. The new construction boasts a “first in our area” state-of-the-art environmentally friendly organic infill system.

Delaware County Christian School completed construction of a new multi-purpose synthetic turf field and infrastructure improvements project in Newtown, Pennsylvania. APEX Design + Engineering Group consulted on the project that includes the replacement of a natural grass athletic field with a synthetic turf field, parking area improvements and stormwater management.

Williamson College of the Trades recently completed construction of a new synthetic turf multi-purpose field and pedestrian circulation project in Media, Pennsylvania. The project includes the replacement of a natural grass athletic field with a synthetic turf field, improved pedestrian circulation, and stormwater management improvements.

APEX Design + Engineering Group awarded the civil engineering by The Gallman Group for a residential subdivision in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. The project will consist of six custom built single-family residences, a new cul-de-sac, reforestation of a degraded woodland, stormwater management and infrastructure improvements.
